This is a plain-language operating agreement for a digital / service astrology product. It is not legal advice and is not a substitute for review by a lawyer licensed in your jurisdiction. Where it overlaps with our Privacy Policy or store policies, those existing policies govern their own subject matter.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms govern your purchase of the Solar Return Operating System (“SR-OS”) and related readings from Magi Rising (“we”, “us”), operating at magirising.com. By purchasing SR-OS you agree to these terms. Questions about these terms, refunds, or your data: magirising@gmail.com.
2. What SR-OS is
SR-OS is an individually prepared, interpretive astrological analysis of your Solar Return year. It integrates your natal chart, Solar Return chart, and timing systems (which may include transits, secondary progressions, annual profections, and Solar Arc directions) into a written synthesis of themes, timing periods, and year-level priorities. SR-OS is a human-prepared service, not an automated report and not software. It is delivered as a one-time digital deliverable and does not include ongoing consultation, updates, or revisions unless separately agreed in writing.
3. Eligibility
SR-OS is sold for personal use. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. If you provide birth data for another person, you confirm you have their consent to do so.
4. Nature of astrological interpretation – disclaimer
Astrology is a symbolic and interpretive practice. It is not a science, and nothing in SR-OS is presented as scientifically established fact. SR-OS describes patterns, themes, timing, and potentials. It does not predict specific events and does not guarantee any outcome. Any decisions you make after reading your SR-OS are your own, and you remain fully responsible for them.
SR-OS is not, and must not be used as a substitute for:
- medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis, advice, or treatment
- legal advice
- financial, investment, tax, or business advice
- professional mental-health care or crisis support
If you need help in any of those areas, consult a qualified licensed professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line.
5. Fulfillment and delivery
After purchase you will be directed to a Client Intake Form (linked on your order confirmation page and in your confirmation email). We cannot begin your SR-OS until you submit that form with sufficient information.
SR-OS is delivered as a personalized written PDF to the email address on your order. We aim to deliver within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your completed intake. Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees; if a reading will take materially longer we will tell you.
If your intake is incomplete or your birth time is uncertain, we may contact you before starting. If we cannot reach you or obtain workable information within 60 days, we may treat the order as fulfilled after reasonable attempts to contact you, or offer a refund at our discretion.
6. Your responsibilities – accuracy of information
The quality of your SR-OS depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. You are responsible for giving us accurate birth date, birth time, and birth place; an honest indication of how reliable your birth time is; and accurate information about where you expect to be around your birthday (your Solar Return location), including known travel. We are not responsible for interpretations affected by inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date information you supplied.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Because each SR-OS is prepared individually for you: you may cancel for a full refund at any time before preparation of your reading has begun; once preparation has begun, the order is non-refundable, because the work is bespoke and cannot be resold; if we are unable to deliver your SR-OS for reasons on our side, you are entitled to a full refund. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your state or jurisdiction. 8. Digital service terms
- SR-OS is a digital service / deliverable. No physical goods are shipped.
- On checkout you may be asked to acknowledge that, by requesting delivery, you agree that work may begin before any statutory cooling-off period ends, and that this may affect withdrawal rights where such rights would otherwise apply.
- You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use your SR-OS for your own personal purposes. You may not resell it, publish it in full, or present it as your own work.
- We retain authorship of the interpretive text and of the SR-OS method itself.
9. Privacy and your birth data
Your birth data and intake responses are personal and sensitive. We use them only to prepare and deliver your SR-OS and to communicate with you about your order. We do not sell your birth data or intake responses. We do not publish your birth data or make it publicly accessible. Intake submissions are stored within our website systems and associated with your order for fulfillment.
We keep your intake data for up to 24 months after delivery, after which it may be deleted. You may request deletion of your intake data at any time by emailing magirising@gmail.com; we will honour the request except where we must keep limited records (for example proof of transaction) to meet legal or accounting obligations. Our full data practices, including cookies and analytics, are described in our Privacy Policy. Where this section and the Privacy Policy differ on privacy matters, the Privacy Policy governs.
10. Testimonials and use of your feedback
We will not quote you, name you, or use your feedback in marketing without your separate, explicit permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to SR-OS is limited to the amount you paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on your SR-OS. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, this section applies only to the extent permitted.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Arkansas have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the version in effect when you purchased applies to that purchase. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Contact: Magi Rising – magirising@gmail.com.
